Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026. Casino Persia is made by No Such Studio LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Casino Persia app from version 3.0 (Android, Windows, the web and any platform we add), its game servers, and this website; how we use and share it; how long we keep it; and the choices and rights you have. It goes with our Terms of Use.
1. What we collect
Information you give us or create by playing
- Your game account. When the app first connects, our server creates an account for you with a random identifier generated on your device. We keep your display name and avatar, your chips, gems and items (including what you have equipped), your game statistics, levels, XP and achievements, your rewards and claims, your daily-login and welcome-track progress, your invite code and who invited you (or whom you invited).
- Email and password (optional). If you add an email address so you can sign in on other devices, we keep the email and a one-way hash of your password (we can't read your password). We don't send marketing email.
- Games played online. Our game server keeps the table you are playing, including the cards, bids and moves of that game, for up to a day so you can resume it, and records the result of each game (scores, who won, rewards). Games you play offline stay on your device and are not sent to us.
- Chat and messages (when available). If we offer chat, emoji or quick messages at tables, we process what you send so it can be delivered to the other players, filtered for abuse and reviewed if reported.
- Messages to us. If you write to us, we keep your message, your email address and our replies to help you and to improve the Service.
Information collected automatically
- Technical information your device sends when it connects: the app version and platform, your time zone offset (used to count days for daily rewards and streaks), the time of requests, and your IP address.
- Server logs. Our servers keep short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses, request times and errors) to run the service, find problems and keep it secure.
- A one-way device marker. A scrambled (hashed) marker derived from your device, kept so that the same device can't claim an invite bonus more than once. It can't be turned back into your device's identifiers.
Information from stores and partners
- Purchases. Payments are handled by Google Play (and, on iOS, Apple). We receive a purchase receipt (order id, product, time and status, including refunds) to check it with the store and to deliver or take back what was bought. We never see your card or bank details.
- Ads. When you watch a rewarded video, Google AdMob tells our server which account to reward.
- Install referral (Android). If you install the app through an invite link, Google Play can tell the app the invite code from the link, so the bonus is filled in for you.
We don't ask for your real name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location, and we don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers in the app other than Google AdMob.
2. How we use it
- To create and run your account, play online games, and keep your chips, gems, items, stats, achievements and rewards (to perform our contract with you).
- To process purchases, check receipts with the stores, deliver items and handle refunds.
- To show leaderboards and your name and avatar to other players.
- To show ads and measure them, and to give you a reward for watching a rewarded video.
- To keep the game fair and secure: detect cheating, bots, collusion, fraud and abuse of invite codes, and enforce our Terms (our legitimate interests).
- To fix bugs, measure performance and improve the Service and balance rewards, using the data above in aggregate or in the account where needed.
- To answer your questions, send important service notices (for example about your account or these policies), and comply with the law.
We don't use your data to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we don't sell it.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the game for us, under agreements that let them use your data only for that: Google Cloud (hosting of our servers, database and backups).
- App stores and payment platforms: Google Play and Apple, for purchases, refunds and app distribution. They have their own privacy policies.
- Advertising: Google AdMob, for ads (see section 4).
- Other players: your display name, avatar, level, scores and plays at a table, and your leaderboard rank (see section 5).
- Legal and safety: authorities or other parties when the law requires it, to enforce our Terms, or to protect people, our rights or the Service.
- Business changes: a buyer or successor, if the business or the game is sold or merged, who must respect this policy.
We don't sell your personal information for money. We don't share it for other companies' marketing.
4. Ads and your ad choices
The Android app shows ads through Google AdMob, unless you bought "No ads" (optional rewarded videos may remain). Google may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address and similar data to show and measure ads, including personalized ads, under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The Windows and web versions show no ads.
- In the app: where the law requires consent (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), the app asks with Google's consent form at start. You can change your choice any time under Settings → Ad privacy options.
- On your device: reset or delete your advertising ID, or limit ad personalization, in Android's settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Buying "No ads" stops interrupting ads.
5. What other players see
Your display name, avatar, level and scores are visible to other players at tables and on leaderboards. Choose a name that doesn't identify you if you prefer; we never show your email, your account id or your purchases to other players. If you use chat (when available), the people at your table can see what you send.
6. How long we keep it
- Your account and game data: until you delete your account.
- After you delete your account: we delete the account and its data from our live systems promptly, and it leaves our backups within 30 days.
- Online tables: kept up to about a day so you can resume, then removed.
- Server logs: short-term, then deleted or anonymized.
- What can stay: a one-way device marker (so the invite bonus can't be claimed twice from the same device), and records the law requires us to keep about purchases (for example for tax, accounting or fraud and refund disputes).
7. Where your data is stored
Our servers are in the United States (Google Cloud). If you use the Service from outside the US, your information is sent to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from your country's. Where the law requires it, we rely on approved transfer tools such as standard contractual clauses (through our providers).
8. How we protect it
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS and secure WebSockets). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, the rewards and wallet are decided on our servers, access to our systems is limited, and we keep encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account: in the app, tap your profile → Account → Delete account. Or follow Delete your account to ask us to do it.
- Access, correct, download: email contact@nosuchstudio.com to ask for a copy of your data or to fix it. You can change your display name and avatar in the app.
- Ads: change your consent under Settings → Ad privacy options, or in your device settings.
- Email: we don't send marketing email. If you ever get one from us, tell us.
To protect your account, we may need to confirm it's you before we act on a request (for example, by asking you to write from the email on the account or to give your invite code). We answer within 30 days (45 days where California law applies, extendable once). We won't treat you worse for using your rights.
10. Notice for US state residents
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon or another state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and share (this policy describes it);
- access and get a copy of your information, correct it, and delete it;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising and of profiling;
- limit the use of sensitive information (we don't collect sensitive personal information as the laws define it);
- not be treated unfairly for using these rights; and
- appoint an authorized agent to make a request for you, and appeal if we deny a request (email us with "Appeal" in the subject).
In the last 12 months we have collected the categories described in section 1: identifiers (account id, device marker, IP address, advertising ID through AdMob), commercial information (purchases), internet or app activity (game plays and stats), and your display name and avatar. We collected them from you, your device and the stores, for the purposes in section 2, and disclosed them to the recipients in section 3. We don't sell personal information for money. Showing personalized ads through Google AdMob can count as "sharing" for advertising under some state laws; to opt out, use Settings → Ad privacy options, your device's ad settings, or email us. Where a browser or device sends a recognized opt-out signal, we honor it for the ads in the app to the extent the platform lets us.
California's "Shine the Light" law lets California residents ask which personal information we shared with third parties for their own direct marketing; we don't share information for that purpose.
11. Notice for the EEA, UK and Switzerland
The controller is No Such Studio LLC (contact below). Our legal bases are: contract (running your account, purchases and online games), legitimate interests (security, fair play, fixing and improving the game, which we balance against your rights), consent (personalized ads and ad storage on your device, which you can withdraw at any time under Settings → Ad privacy options), and legal obligation (records we must keep). You also have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. See section 7 for transfers to the US.
12. Children
Casino Persia is a simulated-gambling game for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will delete it. No real money can be won, and chips and gems can't be cashed out.
13. This website
casinopersia.com doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) may log requests, such as IP addresses, for security and operations. The app downloads some images (for example achievement badges) from this site.
14. Older versions of the app
The notices for app versions before 3.0 are still available: Android · iOS. This policy applies from version 3.0.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game changes (for example when we add chat or new games). We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email. Please check back from time to time.
16. Contact
No Such Studio LLC, makers of Casino Persia. Email: contact@nosuchstudio.com for questions, requests and complaints about privacy.
